Event Seating Planner privacy policy

What we receive

When ChatGPT uses Event Seating Planner, it sends our server the inputs for the specific tool it calls (for example the values you asked about). We do not receive your ChatGPT account details, your conversation history, or your name or email address.

What we store

Stores each seating plan (title, event date, guest names, groups, dietary notes, table layout and a short change history) under a random share code, and a list of the plan codes each anonymous ChatGPT user created or opened. Anyone with the code can view and edit the plan. Plans are deleted 180 days after the last change, or 60 days after the event date if that is later. No emails, phone numbers or accounts are collected.

Third parties

The plugin does not send your data to any third-party service. All results are computed on our server.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

The plugin is not directed to children under 13.
